I've been using the controller for a few years, and suddenly the headphone output broke. I can't find a valid support number for Italy. Can anyone help me?

You may contact Hercules support:
- either online in logging on the support website https://support.hercules.com/it/portal-login-it/ and typing a message,
- or by phone in calling at the number listed here, https://support.hercules.com/fr/contact-fr/, +39 02 3055 8161, it is currently closed but it will probably be open in other hours.
