Sorry, but I do not understand exactly what you mean.
Please understand only you can see your computer installation and hear what you hear, so please describe for the forum:
1) Your configuration
- DJ controller (is it DJControl Inpulse T7?)
- computer operating system: Windows or mac
- version of Hercules DJ drivers
- DJ software (name & version)
- headphones brand & model, and connected to which plug (1/4" or 1/8" plug on front of DJControl Inpulse T7, if the DJ controller is DJControl Inpulse T7)
2) Your issue

Please precise what "no more function" means: does it means
- no sound in headphones
- bad sound in headphones
- low sound level in headphones
- or something else?

3) What you have tried
If you use Windows, have you tried increasing the ASIO buffer size?
ok cercherò di essere più preciso.
possiedo una t7 e la uso con djused 6.1.1 e con gli ultimimissimi driver rilasciati dal sito Hercules.
possiedo 4 cuffie di marche diverse e con tutte ho lo stesso problema.
nel file allegato evidenzio i comandi nella consolle che se usati non fanno funzionare il preascolto in cuffia.
preciso che se riavvio la cpnsolle staccando e poi riattacando l alimentazione il preascolto in cuffia funziona se uso nuovamente i 2 comandi evidenziati nel file allegato il preascolto smette nuovamente di funzionare:cioè non arriva nessun audio alle cuffie.
preciso che possiedo anche l'impulso 500 e non ho nessun problema come quello riscontrato nel t7

1) If it is related to a partial USB audio enumeration (with a Windows computer partially enumerating the USB after waking off).
Can you switch On/Off the T7 (With T7 On/Off button) after the waking off your computer?
Does this bug still occur after you switch On/Off the T7?
2) If it is software related
As your DJControl Inpulse T7 comes with Djuced and Serato DJ Lite, can you confirm that in Serato DJ (Lite or Pro) also
- if you turn the rotary potentiometer Cue to Mix,
- or if you activate the push button PFL Master,
the audio also stops being played in the headphones.
3) If it is audio drivers related
I don't know whether your computer is in Windows or macOS, but if you use a Windows computer, can you check in Djuced > Settings > Audio if you get the same issue whether the Audio device selected is:
- DJControl Inpulse T7 ASIO (ASIO)
- or Speakers DJControl Inpulse T7 (WASAPI).
dopo 1000 tentativi di ogni genere software,installazioni disinstallazione djued e driver vari ho fatto una prova disperata, ho scollegato il mio controller dalla usb 2.0 usata di solito per provare quella 3.1(blù per intenderci) e tutto funziona nuovamente a meraviglia.
È da comprendere ora se l usb 2.0 sia parzialmente danneggiata o se l ultimo aggiornamento windows 11 abbia provocato problemi driver usb!
