its possible with this controller to adjust the jog wheel? more or less heavy?

In order to use the jogwheel in the file browser, you need to push and hold the UP or DOWN button.

Thanks man, that was a great help but the thing is at the party I wasn't pushing anything but it was searching the files instead of scratching and another thing is it was just on deck A and B, deck C and D were working fine.

Strange...
Did you installed the latest driver for the console, which also contain a new firmware for the 4-Mx ?
The potential problem that this firmware fixed could have other weird concequences that were not seen during testing.
Also be sure to use the latest version of VDJ LE (7.02).
