4-mx mot recognised with powered hub or regular usb

hi so one of my friend dropped me a 4-mx he purchased in a pawn shop and after trying it a few time on multiple port he could not get it to be recognized. i thought i could give a shot at reviving it but after hours trying to find the bin to flash the eeprom ive hit a brick wall. i cant find it. ive tried everything before to get it it to be recognized by the computer to no avail so i decided to reprogram the eeprom. ive gone through this and many forum trying to find an answer before bothering anyone with this, but i need your help guys. if anyone as the bin for the 4-mx i will be eternally grateful! thanks all
