im trying to put the jog to do seek position like the buttons (picture - number 1). i unlock the jogs to work with the pressure, but strange things happen....
can someone help me?

Can you be more precise about the strange things that happen ?
Are you using the TSI profile available on the support site ?

Sorry for my delay (very delay) reply...work 
Well... i', not using tha profile that you say in your post because it give me an error while importing -> "Error while parsing settings file on import". I'm using this profile -> http://www.traktorbible.com/freaks/mappingview.aspx?id=377 ... it saynig "This is the official Hercules 4-Mx MIDI mapping for 4 Decks and FX, and was updated to work with v2.12. " I think they just correct the error on the import...anyways....
The strange thing is, when i trying to map the "seek possition" to the pressed jog whell ... ok...image, it's more simple this way:
The seek possition is the buttons on image mark with 1, when i press the jog, the blue light is on but the "seek possition" command doesn't work. I already try to mapped all traktor commands in transport but none of then work the way i want....i want to work as seek possition, like spinning a turntable into a specific point....
If you can help me...i appreciate
