hi recently bought a used 4mx with no software- hercules/virtual dj have de-registered the controller and i have now re-registered it in my name. i have installed latest drivers and it works for the ten minutes i have with vdj home. i have downloaded latest vdj le from hercules site but controller still doesnt work with the le. any ideas?? i also have a 4set installed on the same pc-which works fine.is this maybe causing problems?? thanks
Just to be clear, could you explain the de-registered/re-registered process?
Virtual DJ Home will indeed only allow you to use a controller for 10 minutes as it is a demo version.
As for Virtual DJ LE, if you registered a serial numbber on VDJ's web site, you should have access to the Download section, where ou will fine the latest version. However, since I,m not quite sure which version you have and where you got it (only the drivers are available on the Hercules support site), we'll need more information to be able to help you.
