i just got my 4mx. after i install the driver from the cd coming with 4mx the 4mx console is not working... i cant control anything with it.... only the cross fader is functioning... what is the problem with me now ? can some1 help me ? thanksss

i repeat what has already been answered:
- open dj console 4-mx control panel (the mixer graphic interface)
- go to the advanced tab, and make sure the midi channel of the dj console 4-mx is set on 1-2.
it is not the headphones preview, it is the midi channel which must be set on 1-2: i have read that you have answered you were already on channel 1-2, but are you sure it is midi channel that is on 1-2 and not headphones channel?
ps: it is a mistake to post the same message twice, most visitors on the forum will not answer you because of it.
