i need help with the hercules 4-mx. when i open the virtual dj le a message pops up reading that there is an error in the asio driver and that the sound card may not be connected. i have the mk4 and i remember getting a similar message when i first installed it. the thing is that i cant remember what i did to resolve the issue. can anyone help with this please? i have to get this corrected asap. thanks
First make sure the 4-Mx is installed correctly:

Given that everything is installed properly, verify in the DJ Control panel if the audio mode is switch automatically from WDM to ASIO when VDJ is launched.
If this doesn't work:
- Try manually switching to ASIO before launching VDJ
- Uninstall all version of VDJ that might be present on your computer and reinstalling only the latest version of VDJ youwant to use. Configuration files from older or demo versions may create problems.
