hey guys, i have a few problems with my controller. ive had it for 2 days now and its picked up some problems :/
i cant scratch! (& i would really like to use the backspin effect, i tend to use it alot in my mixes)
but also, half the time it will let me manually scroll through the track with the jog wheel, and the other half it wont. so i cant get my cues perfectly on beat unless i use my mouse.
another problem that has occured is that deck 2s sample and cue buttons have stopped working....and they are a key essential, so i need help with this a.s.a.p please!!!
i am running my dj control air through traktor pro 2.0.1. on a pc
i downloaded a tsi. mapping file from your website and it was working fine. but now things have stopped working.
please! i beg someone to help me! are there any other tsi. files i can download? or does anyone know how to sort this problem? please :/

As mentionned on the download page, the TSI profile requires at least Traktor 2.12. It may not work properly with previous versions of Traktor as many improvements and changes have been dones since.
You may want to upgrade Traktor to the latest version (currently v2.13)
However, you can also insure that all controls are still working properly outside of Traktor using the following procedure:
