i found this topic solved back in 2016, but it looked like it might have been on a mac. i am on a pc using windows 10. i am a brand new user, just got my controller today. it seems to be controlling the software ok, but only about 5 lights light up. when i first plug the controller usb in, they all blink, so they do work, but if they dont light up, it is impossible to see what the buttons are. only vinyl, folder/files, and headphone buttons light up. play comes on after pressed. is this normal? am i supposed to memorize what the buttons are and where they are, cause in the dark i cant tell?
i am using djuced 18 with a instinct s. i have filled all my information in in my account, but i have a dell laptop i5-4200 cpu 1.6 ghz with 16 gb of ram. windows 10 64-bit.
drivers and software are all up to date.
any help would be really appreciated since i really dont want to return this, but cant use it like this.
