just wondering if i can stream internet or "youtube" through my hercules rmx.

Actually, you can.
1- Make sure it is set as the default playback audio device for your computer (it is normally the case when you connect it to the PC, but to be sure, go to Windows Control Panel > Sound )
2- Make sure WDM is selected as Audio mode in the DJ Control Panel
Now any sound your computer plays will come out of the Rmx.
