hello everyone, i have a problem with my controller and i dont know how to resolve it. ive already tried to reinstall both the drivers multiple times with multiple versions.
outputs work well both in wdm and in asio mode, but im unable to use the inputs the controller has.

-here that in the asio mode (after ive restarted vdj a few times), it gives me different names for the outputs but they still work https://imgur.com/a/ver6v ;
-here that if i try to add inputs to the previous situation both outputs and inputs wont work, unless i remove the new inputs https://imgur.com/a/91wdo .
if i set "usb streaming 1-2 + line in 1-2" i can here sounds from my external player in every case, but i cant mix the song and it will continue even in vdj if a deck is playing. with "usb streaming 1-2 (default)" i cant here anymore the sound but nothing else changes.
ive tried to install asio4all, ive selected it in vdj (the channels were something like "hercules dj control rmx input 1") and both outputs and inputs seemed to work, but when i hit play the waveform moved like a very short loop without audio, and vdj said "impossible to create the audio buffer". sometimes this error occurs with the normal asio settings, but very rarely
what can i do to use my inputs again? yes, they used to work the first times but i must have messed somewhere with the settings.
