hi all,
my son recently purchased the hercules dj control mp3 e2 pc/mac virtual dj mixer controller from ebay. unfortunately it didnt come with the cd and my son was unaware that he needed one to install on our computer. does anyone have info on where i can purchase a cd and what the best cd to buy is.
as you can probably can tell i have know idea about these things.

Your son should contact the seller from ebay so that (s)he gives him at least the VirtualDJ serial number which was written on the CD enveloppe as it is the most precious part of the CD.
If your son can get this VirtualDJ serial number, he can use the DJControl MP3 el without the CD:
- he can download the drivers for the DJControl MP3 e2 on Hercules technical support website here,
- he can go on VirtualDJ website, create an account, and once you have an account, go in your profile, click on Ly Licenses, type the serial number and once you have clicked on OK, you can download VirtualDJ MP3 LE version.
If your son cannot get the VirtualDJ serial number, then he should contact Hercules technical support by email or by phone.
