change the mapping of dj control steel in traktor scratch pro 2

hello, 

i need to change something in the new mapping of traktor pro 2.
because there is no secondary functions on this version i like to turn on/off the effect units 1+2 with my control like the older version but with another buttons..
in this version i dont need the buttons d and e
d: tempo bend - down
e: tempo bend - up 
in midi control map is number 9 + 10 for deck a and 33 + 34 for deck b
i need to change this functions to turn on/off the effect units in each deck...
i go to the control manager menu, i press the button "add in" and there is no choice of "effect unit 1 on" or "effect unit 2 on" like the older version of traktor pro..

can anyone help me on this?
