so ive recvently updated the drivers for my impulse 200, both controller and djuiced are up to date, ive noticed channel 2s highs and lows automatically change, the software also shows midi input when this happens, as if i am changing the highs/lows myself which i am not. this only happens on one side so im unsure if its hardware or software. many thanks

Hello,

Please use the following procedure to test the MIDI of your controller (obviously selecting your controller for Input and Output):

if you are on a PChttp://ts.hercules.com/faqs/eng/her_eng_00491.pdf

if you are on a MAChttp://ts.hercules.com/faqs/eng/her_eng_00493.pdf

If you see some output messages being sent without touching the controller, it is likely that it is a hardware problem with the EQ knobs.

I would expect that putting both knobs at minimum, then at maximum should stop messages from being sent and the problem be between those two points .
