good day, thanks in advance. only 4 of the 6 bottons on my console rmx is working, only the 2 top buttons are working, what i can do to get the remainding 4 bottons working, thanks
Are you using the Rmx with the bundled version of Virtual DJ or another software?
In any case, are you using the latest version of the driver and the software?
Are you under Windows or MAC OS ?

I'm using windows xp, I've lately upgrade to virtual dj 6, but i'll uninstall that and install the version that came with the controller to check it, thanks

You can use the DJ Console Rmx in VirtualDJ 6.0.2 Pro, you must just
1) make sure, in the Config > Mapper, that you have activate DJ Console Rmx as controller,
2) load Hercules Rmx skin (or another skin showing the buttons 1 to 6 status) to load functions on buttons 1 to 6
3) once you have loaded the functions on buttons 1 to 6, you can mix with any skin of Virtual and the commands loaded on button 1 to 6 will be processed when pushing on buttons 1 to 6.
