controller or software issue

hi, just set up my herculese controller with djuced and the slider controls are very sluggish in operation on the laptop. is this a djuce problem or my laptop running windows 10? anyone, please?

2) Please precise your version of DJUCED. Do you use DJUCED 4.0.3?
