Hi there,
Have you tried using a pair of headphones in the back side of the unit, like the normal ones, with a 3.5 mm TRS socket? Is it getting the same result?
Also, the same thing is happening in the headphones? What about other computers?
Hi! I try it with headphones - same result. Other computer i don't have =( But computer is new and i setup the clean windows copy on it!
Help me please
If you are having the same problem with a pair of headphone, then there is probably a hardware defect with your unit output jack, or something worst internally.
I would request a replacement with your retailler.
I test controller on another computer and on it works well!
What problem can be with my pc?
It is AMD Turion X2 2Ghz, 3GB RAM (notebook acer 5530g)
Is here anyone, who used this device on pc with amd processor? Have any trouble?
How of curiosity, did you ever verified Acer's web site to see if there was any updates that could be applied to this computer (BIOS, USB drivers, etc) ?
Yes, all latest drivers installed
How about BIOS ?
This book has only one version of BIOS, no updates on acer site
