i update firmware on my dj hercules inpulse 300 according to the instructions.
in the second step of the update, the computer crashed and i closed the window.
and since i stopped in the middle of the update the control is not responding, i tried connecting it to other computers: windows & mac but he does not respond.
what can i do??

Welcome on the forum.
If you have a Windows computer, once you have installed up to date drivers (2020_HDJS_1) you can
- right click on Windows button on bottom left
- select Run
- Type, with the ", in 1 line until -manual
"C:\Program Files\DJHERCULESMIX\Audio\DJ Console Series\cpl2\firmware\HDJSeries2Updater.exe" -manual
- and click on OK.
