crossfader and volume dont work on djuced

hello,
a friend of mine gave me his djcontrol air+ as a "gift", two or three years old.

i tried it with virtual dj 8 and everything works, but only for 10 minutes of course, cause i have the free version of virtual dj.

i installed djuced 40 (my os is windows 10) and connected the console, but the crossfader and the volume sliders dont work. you can see them moving in djuced, but with no effect. this make of course the console useless. you got no outcome also iff you try to move the crossfader directly with your mouse in djuced.

i updated the drivers, downloaded everything i could, uninstalled and re-installed the software many times, but still nothing.

what can i do?
