crossfader misalign

hi all,
ive a hercules 200 recently purchased: i noted that crossfader and gain knobs are misaligned in the controller using djuced or vdj  (same both): theres for example a 5% crossfader negative difference to deck a when is perfectly centered on the controller.
is it any process to recalibrate?

Yes, there is a process to recalibrate, but it will take a few days as I must find a DJControl Inpulse 200 unit to check the process (I know it on DJControl Inpulse 500), so please wait until the end of the week.
