hi dj community,

i installed my rmx onto a pc, everything seems to work fine except the headphone and cue select. can anyone help me figure out this frustrating last step of the rmx controller? my pc runs on a vista platform.

could you be a little more explicit about what doesnt work and your configuration ?

are you using virtual dj bundled with the console or another software?

ok, so:

a)  you are using the latests drivers (2.hdjs.2009) for the console and the latest update for vdj (6.01)?

b)  you headset is connected to one the headphone connector of the console

c) in virtual dj config > sound setup, it should appear as follow:

- input : none

- output(s): headphone    and    master:chan 1&2 / headphone chan 3&4

-soundcard: dj console rmx

now, turn the monitor knob ( next to the headphone volume) to cue, load a song on deck a, and press play. the cue select should automatically be turned on and you should normally have sound in your headphone.
