Thanks for your message, and I hope you are OK also.
1) You cannot replace the crossfader as it is not on a separate printed circuit board (Hercules last DJ controller with a separate crossfader printed circuit board was DJConsole Rmx2 and we had less than 0.1% user changing the crossfader, so we do not do it again as increasing the cost of a few percent for an update below 0.1% users apply is not a good balance.
You can customize the crossfader curve on Djuced > Settings > Mixer > Crossfader curve in moving the Mix virtual slider.
2) You can add keyboard short keys with Djuced > Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Learn: when clicking on Keyboard learn, you get back to Djuced main interface with a green filter on each command you can control: click on this Djuced command and the action script will be updated with the name of this Djuced command.
3) Djuced team is working on auto hot cues.
