trying to update the firmware on the dj control air, but it gives me an error that the device should be in tusb boot mode. on the rmx console this meant pressing and holding the mic on/off button while plugging it in. which button do i need to press on the dj console air to boot into this mode?

- precise your operating system (not telling your OS is like calling a fireman for a fire without telling where is the fire: you cannot be helped with it)
- precise exactly the error message.
I have the same problam, I use OS X10.8.2 and it gives the same mistake on audio firmware update. I would like to know what to do.
Can you please install the latest drivers (v4.47) for the console ?

Already did and after its installed the dj console firmware update(2.2.1) pop's up an it gives the same problem
Would you happen to have a powered USB hub you could connect the console to instead of directly to the computer to see if this makes a difference ?

my firmware updater 2.2.1 will not continue..says please close all audio applications, includion chat, msging and VoIP apps...once you are ready. click "ok" to preceed
all programs are closed and the "OK" button does not appear..now what?
