i just picked up a new mk4 from guitar center, and the sound is very distorted. all the jacks, headphones, two stereo and one rca are all distorted. im using the virtual dj with it, but i dont think its a software problem. has anybody else experienced this or does anybody have a possible solution? -dj loubs
The Mk4 seesm to be installed correctly ? Do you have access to the control panel ?

A simple disconnect/reconnect of the USB doesn't seem to change anything ?
How about if you try the MK4 with something like iTunes or Windows Media player ? Same results ?
Do the MK4 looks to be damaged in any way ?
