dj air controller doesnt work with traktor

hi guys, i have a little problem with my dj air controller i bought 2 weeks ago...traktor knows i have a controller (the "control" light for a controller lights up everytime i push a button on my controller, but traktor doesnt do what the controller tells him to 🙁 i also downloaded the tsi file for traktor to use the dj air with traktooor....any suggestions?

Have you downloaded this .tsi file ?

Have you selected it in the "controllers" section of traktor ?
If not :
1- Open Traktor's settings
2- Go in "Controller Manager" tab
3- In Device, select the "DJ Air"
4- Check if the DJ Control Air is selected in the "IN-Port" and "OUT-Port"
