hi there,
my dj control air seems to be broken. my setup:
macbook 10.8.3
driver package 4.69
latest firmware loaded (as stated by starting with file and folder buttons)
the issue seems that 2 of the 4 pads from deck 1 immediately register a note-on signal (as observed with midi-monitor). the note only gets released when changing the bank from loops to effects or samples. this renders the 2 pads useless.
has anybody seen this behavior before? and if so what to do next?

Indeed, this does not sound like a normal behavior, and if it occur in all 3 modes, there is most probably a hardware malfunction with the pads.
Did this problem happen suddenly?
