i have top spec laptop tryed everything apart from win 7 reinstall as yet. and still it crashes everytime i analyse spent hours trying to fix even phoned tech suport for hercules. but alas im at runing out of paitence what a waste of money £118 and i cant use it.
please help anyone with ideas as to why windows says a program has caused djuced to stop working. and yes i have deleted many programs i dont use even done sytem restore and turned off internet while using the soft ware.
There has indeed been reports of similar behaviour, which we are currentlyu trying to reproduce to get to the bottom of the problem and come up with a fix.
In the meantime, I would suggest deleting the DJUCED folder under Documents (which will be recreated next time your launch the software as if you had just installed it). Next, import a fewer amount of songs from your library to prevent the crash.
