hey after talking with the support on the phone from hercules thy told me that my hardware divice was broken. the problem with it is that de lights keep burning constant, and whe tryd it also on the laptop to installe the mk2 but the same problem also with it . my question is if anyone has the same problem with it and if thy had the mk2 shipt back for repair, how much wher the repair costs for it ??
