dj console rmx doesnt configure with traktor pro

hello,

im having trouble configuring my dj console rmx with traktor pro scratch. i tried configuring it all with the directions but the actual mixer doesnt work. it works if i configure it to use traktor with my keyboard, but that sucks.
i have a macbook air version 10.7.3

i downloaded the dj series and set the control panel features as such:


 
then i set up my preferences to follow the traktor pro file:

it till isnt working with my actual hercules dj rmx. am i missing something? spent 3 hours trying to figure it out and came up with nothing.

please help!!
