dj console rmx + traktor pro 2.6.0 doesnt work

hello! im newbie at this forum, i apologize if i have not met a few rules.
anyway, i have a problem with my hercules console rmx and traktor.

i installed drivers, i imported the map for traktor... i have done everything it says in the guide:  http://ts.hercules.com/download/sound/tdjs/current/tp2_dj_rmx.zip

but the console rmx does not function in asio mode:
in the traktor settings hercules dj console rmx (asio) appears not connected 
while it is connected with my pc;
in the console rmx  the blue buttons are not lit;
all doesnt work. 

i have an acer-iconia-484g64ns with win 8 pro 64 bit
