dj control air problem

hello everyone, today i buy dj control air and i setup everything (djuced,driver etc.). i play some tracks and enjoy but now my control air is going mad. when i choose a song 128 bpm and push the play button they play like 300-400 bpm, i try the pitch bend to slow but i can do anything .. please help me and sorry my english is too bad
