i have an hercules dj control instict and traktor pro(for mac)i have already downloaded the mapping from hercules website but i would like to set the jog wheels as vinyl function,this function is assigned to mouse ( seek up and down on the track ).how can i do to change this configuration?
No need to change anything. As indicated in the accompagning document, the jog wheels are already assigned to the standard functions, namely:
- Turning the jog wheel (without pressing on it) will affect the tempo if the song (as if you slowing down a vinyl)
- Turning the jog wheel (while pressing on it) will simulate the action of stoping and moving a vinyl (for scratching for example).
While the deck is not playing, this will also allow you to scroll through the song.
