dj control instinct: traktor 2 mapping stopped working

hello, recently my mapping for traktor 2 has stopped working. play and cue buttons work, but not the faders. i used to have them shown in the interfaces slots for the deck faders (so if you moved them or had them set on a certain volume it would be visible in traktor). now the slots of cross- and deckfaders remain empty (you only see their slots not the faders themselves) and you cant control the decks with the controller either. i have already tried to just reimport the .tsi, but with no effect. it stays the same. before, the ddj and the software worked perfectly fine. but yesterday i started traktor 2 to mix and it was as it is now.

i have no idea why, i just want it to be as it was before.
