hello everyone !
i finally decided myself to buy the hercules mp3e2, yesterday !
here are the problems :
im running on : windows 32bits xp sp3 / toshiba tecraa8 / centrinoduo t2300 1,66ghz / ram2go
the driver "dj controlmp3 e2 bulk" seems to encounter problems (windows cant load the driver). believing its properties, windows suggests that the driver "dj control mp3 e2 bulk" is dammaged or absent :
"windows ne peut pas charger le pilote de périphérique de ce matériel. ce pilote est peut-être endommagé ou absent. (code 39)"
when virtualdj (customized version of virtualdj® 3) is launched, one can see an error message while the external controller is being initialized...saying it couldnt detect the controller and that the user should plug it in... (some have tried an infinite number of times to apply those indicated manipulations...without positiv result)
re-installations (drivers + software vdjchave been tested too (!).
best regards and thanx for solutions
ps : ive also downloaded the latest drivers (but not the vdj software because it cant be found on the web !).

encountering exactly the same problems but with windows vista sp2.
you can download the virtualdj software from their site if you have the serial number that came with your installation disc.
this can be found on the back of the installation disc.
firstly register with virtualdj and enter the code
www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
as like yourself it tells me that its missing code 39 or is corrupt.
i hope that hercules fix the driver issue soon for 32bit users.
peace...mwnci =o)
