dj control mp3 e2 crossfader, volume control doesnt work in traktor pro 2

please help crossfader and volume controls dont work in traktor 2, yes i checked all the setting and as far as i can see everything is good, but it just wont work! yes the crossfader and volume control work in virtual dj, but i dont want to use virtual dj, because i cant do anything with it!
