i lost my serial number for my dj control mp3 e2 can i get a new one, and if not is there any other programs that are free

If you did register your serial number on Virtual DJ's web site, then you can retrieve it as it is it saved in your profile.
If you never registered your serial, try contacting Technical support. They might be able to do something for you.
As for free software, you can try Mixxx (www.mixxx.org)
