hi, i have a problem with my dj hercules rmx since long time ago, it is not recognized in any laptop (windows 10 or 7). seems to be that during a firmware update something was wrong. after this if you connect it to the laptop it is blinking all the time and nothing else.
searching here in the forum i have found that the only way to fix this is by flashing the eeprom.
could i get the .bin file to flash my device and fix it?

Before going through the complex process of reflashing the eeprom with an eeprom burner, I suggest you try connecting the Rmx to a Windows 7 PC with a USB hub powered by a power adapter.
I am ready to send you the bin file if needed, but I want to make sure a firmware issue is really the problem>
