i was googling this and cannot find a solution, right now the pads have specific effects mapped to them when i dont want that i wanna select my own effects and turn them on that way how do i do this?

Welcome on the forum.
DJCntrol Inpulse 200 pad FX are hardwired - the sequence of MIDI commands they send is in the hardware, not in the software - so changing the MIDI command they send to replace it by an FX you select is not possible for the moment.
But you are not the first person asking this question, so a request has been sent to Hercules team to change this and let the user assign an FX per pad. I have not received the schedule of when this update will be released, so I will come back to you when I get the schedule of this update.
