just bought an dj instinct. im having some problem to run it properly:
- if i plug in the controller and then open djuiced 18 my system crashes
- if i open djuiced 18 and plug the controller in afterwards it works fine (except the program is in "demo mode" and only works for 30 mins)
- if i try to use the controller in traktor pro 2 my system crashes
any ideas?
im using windows 7 professional on an intel i5-2500k cpu @ 3.30 ghz 3.60 ghz with 8,00 gb ram

Did you install the DJ Instinct using the latest drivers available from the Technical SUpport site ?

Once the installation is complete, do the DJ Instinct look to be enumerated properly by the computer, as indicated in the following document ?

Are there any components in Device Manager that may not be installed correctly (and consequently displaying a yellow ! next to them)?
