djcontrol air / traktor / headphones problem

hi there,
i have a hercules dj control air and im actually using traktor 2. i set everything up correctly (i think) including tsi mapping and output master, i use my pc speakers. but im not able to use the headphones through my control air: i connect the headphones, turn up the volume and nothing comes out.
and i have tried all possible setting, and nothing is working
plz i dont know whats wrong? any help?
