hi i have xp and windows 7 now windows 8 and the console and software work ok but not on windows 8 (new laptop with the windows 8 preinstalled) the specifations are as follows
- amd a6-4400m apu with
- radeon hd graphics
- 6 gb phisical memory
my problem is when i load the program sometimes it say the console isnt connected but it is. when i load a track it plays very distorted through speakers and headphones. when i load a track into other player it makes the playing track distort more and slows down the track and when i play both they practically stop and all controlls dont move or have a massive delay. the playing track graphics jump not run smooth.
anyone have any ideas the equipment works fine on all other laptops. ive reinstalled program and still nothing. the laptop is brand new.
