djuced doesnt start

hi,

ive been using my controller and djuced on other computers but this time impossible to start it...

i installed the latest version of djuced from the website : 4.1.1
i have windows 10 64b.
installation no problem.
i am in the admin session.

when i try to start djuced, nothing happen.. nothing in task manager or anywhere..
it seems that the computer is doing something (percentage of use of the processor rise) but nothing happen.

im confined at home and cant have anything else than this computer..
please help.
