hi people! ive got one big problem, the sound of my headphones doesnt go like the sound of the amplifier, so the sound of the amplifier goes a little bit faster than the headphones, and i have to mix only with the headphones, if not i cant mix as well as doing it with both, and always i hear the sound of the amplifier indeed i have my headphones on, and its strange. please i need some help! my english is not the best because im spanish but i hope you to understand me! thanks everybody 🙂

Make sure you have installed the drivers and Djuced with a Windows or Mac OS administrator account.
hey,sorry for my miserable writing.
my laptop is of the brand eMachines,
modell E720,
with a pentium(R)dual core cpu,
4gb RAM,32bit system,
and i use windows vista home premium.
now the music aint my biggest problem no more,
the controller/software just not working right...
i start the software,after conecting the "air" to the usb port,
of course with admin-rights.
no the big problem is that after a few minutes the software does not react to anything i do with the controller,
the jogwheels aint working,nore the buttons...
i de-installed an re-installed like 10times now,
and its the same problem every time...
i m desperate,
please help me!
p.s:
i updated the software and the drivers,
now when i want to open "recordings"-->"mix" ,
the software hangs up and closes automatically...

1) For the software not detecting the controller after a few minutes, please confirm you have:
a - Installed DJ Control Air last drivers (2011_HDJS_7)
b - And disabled Windows option cutting off the power from the USB port (to crash USB peripherals,
- Right click on MY COMPUTER icon on your desktop and select Properties.
- in the Left–hand section (Windows Vista), click on Device Manager.
- Under Universal Serial Bus Controllers, Double-click on USB root hub.
- At the first line, go to Power Management tab, uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
- Repeat the last setting for all USB root hub lines.
c - Installed Djuced 1.0.14.
2) If, when you want to open recordings--> Mix, it crashes, then the uninstallation of the previous Djuced version was not complete and the path for the record is not the same as expected.
a - Can you check in Djuced folder (\Users\YourName\Documents\DJUCED) that the you have the subfolder Records\Mix ?
If the path is different, please create these subfolders.
b - Can you check in Djuced configuration menu (the star icon on right of Djuced top bar, between the time and the interrogation mark) > General > if the path listed for record is C:/Users/YourName/Documents/DJUCED/Records/Mix/
so,i checked if i have the subfolders you mentionend,
Record was there but Mix was missing.
i created the Mix-folder in the Record-folder,
and also checked in the djuced settings,
but it still crashes if i try to open recordings/mix...
oh,the path is C:/Users/YourName/Documents/DJUCED/Records/Mix/rec.wav does that makes a difference???
still the same problem,could anyone help me?
I would suggest deleting the DJUCED folder in Documents (maube make a copy of it before).
Relaunch DJUCED, which should recreate the folder.

if i want to open recordings-mix,the software closes automatically,
im very disappointed because i just cannot get it workin right.please help me,
i expected a good controller,with a stable performance software,
and this is definately not what djuced is,
if i cannot even open my recorded samples

I tried to reproduce the issue and I can't do it.
I've already got this one time, my solution was to delete de DJUCED folder in "documents", EMPTY the trashcan, then restarting DJUCED.
I've just made several recording this week end, and didn't have your issue. (On Mac and PC.)
Are your on an administrator account on your PC ?
yes,it runs on admin account.
i did everything i ve been told,except emptying the trashcan-because i just cant find it!
if somebody could tell me how to find it that would be great.
if i cant get the problem fixed,im making a video of the issue,so u can see!

so,i tried once again:
i deinstalled djuced and drivers,
i deleted the djuced folder in documents,
i emptied the trashcan,
i installed+updated drivers and djuced,
started it on admin-account-AND ITS STILL THE SAME PROBLEM(sorry for shouting,but this freaks me out)...
i noticed that there are still samples on the decks which i recorded when the controller worked out well,
even though i erased everything which has to do with djuced or hercules...
how could that be?
please help... 🙁

I'm trying to reproduce your issue and i can't do it... (and it makes me mad too, it's not a big issue you have...)
i suggest you to :
1/ Uninstall DJUCED from the Add/Remove Programs of windows
2/ Then Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete the DJUCED folder if still present.
3/ Go to Documents and delete the DJUCED folder.
4/ Restart your computer
5/ Download the DJUCED 1.0.14 version and install it (DO NOT install DJUCED from the CD)
ftp://ftp.hercules.com/pub/webupdate/DJUCED/djuced_v1.0.14.exe
6/ launch DJUCED and start then stop a recording.
7/ Quit DJUCED (to be sure it write the record and the "Mix" folder)
8/ Relaunch DJUCED and check if it still crash when you go in recording.
this just does not work out...
and after re-installing the djuced 1.0.14 from the link,
there is no djuced folder in documents at all,
theres a djuced folder in C:\Program Files\DJUCED ,
i tried to delete it after the programm crashed down again,
and i cant even delete it...
im getting mad rightnow...
if i cant get it fixed today,im throwing the controller out of the window,
like ive trown out the 130euros for the controller...
why the hell no one can help me???
It's a problem related to your computer, not from the controller.
We are trying to help you as we can do, in relation with the DJUCED team.
Have you try to install on another computer for the test ?
i thought about installing on a other pc but:
my girlfriends laptop is a lot slower than mine,
and i cant get to the internet with it,
so i couldnt update the drivers and the software...
i think im gonna send the controller back,since the whole thing never worked out right...
my pc isnt the slowest,and traktor and virtual dj ran without problems.
it makes me pretty sad becAUSE i was really about the controller first...
So,now somehow Managed to get it right...
I dont Even know how,i think i just changed the path in the General Settings,
But i dont know exactly...maybe u know?
I can Open the Folder now,but i can just See Recorded mixes,
No Samples...
And how do i change the names?
When i try Message Pops UPS,saying that the file is currently in use....(but it is Not...)

1/ The Samples in "Recordings" => "Samples" are ONLY the Samples generated by the "Loop Split" (Magic Button when a loop is ON).
To see All the Samples, go in "Sound Libraries" => "All Samples"
2/ For renaming a "Mix", I'm always doing it this way :
- I Close My DJ Software
- I Go to the Path were it is via Windows
- I change it from directory
- I Import it in iTunes to convert it in .mp3 or .AAC for saving space on my computer. Then I delete all the .wav files
- I Properly Tag the File (and in the title i do like this : "2012-02-29 - Bootie Paris DJ Set" for example)
- And I drop it in my "Recorded DJ Set" playlist in iTunes
So I Will always have to possibility to find them, by date, and in an iTunes playlist in all my DJ Software because they are all compatible with iTunes.
It's a little much work, but it's necessary when you have to manage with lots of Recordings.
Good evening. I am from Greece. I own Hercules dj console instinkt program dj uced. Although the program requirements are covered by my operating system when uploading a song, glue around the program for several seconds.
My system is: turbo x, ram 2gb, win7 ultimate 64bit
Could you help me with some information or some tricks.

1) If the program freezes when loading a song, does the music stop or is it just a freeze of the graphic interface, with no impact on music?
2) Have you tried liberating ressource on your computer in:
- stopping all background programs,
- disabling the Wifi on your computer?
3) Can you check if:
- you have enough free space on your hard drive (if your hard disk is close from saturation, your system lack ressources to uncompress your audio file so that it is longer to load an audio file)
- you have a fast enough access to the storage where your audio files are located?
