basically i bought the hercules dj control instinct decks and after ten minutes or so my djuiced software keeps closing down... can someone help me solve this problem? i dont know what to do.

Are you using the latest version of DJUCED 18 (v1.0.90)?

Any error messages?
Does this happen after a specific function is used?
Have you tried optimizing your computer performances?
