hi, ive bought the hercules djcontrol mp3 le and im trying to use it but i cant. when the djuiced starts a red message appear, it says: dispositivo de entrada midi no está presente ( midi entrance dispositive is not present) and if i use my new desk nothing happens.
ive been reading the manual and it says that when im installing it computer may ask me the serial number, but computer didnt do it.
please help me.
