download update problem for rmx help

i have tried to dowload the newer version for my rmx but an error message states " i cant append data to local drive from ftp server". does anyone know what this problem is??

It means you don't have Administrator rights on the the folder where the updater is trying to download the file. This sometimes occur on some 64 Bit systems.

Simply download the driver package directly from the Support site:
