mixer driver problem: windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (code 43) error on a request from the usb device descriptor.

i just bought a msi with windows 8.1 and i have a problem connecting my mixer hercules rmx dj console mk2.
the problem is that i have the latest drivers installed(2014_hdjs_1), the program mix (traktor), but directly the computer says it does not recognize it. when scoring the usb puts:
the usb device not recognized.
also, if i get in the drivers, look at the windows message:
already installed the best driver software for the device.
windows found the driver software for your device is updated.
but then puts: unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed).
since manually instaleé their latest drivers.
any advice?
