Hi lordouglas,
First all make sure the latest driver is installed:
http://ts.hercules.com/download/pub/webupdate/DJCSeries/2013_HDJS_2.exe
Hold the load on left deck and load on right deck buttons and plug the USB cable back in your controller, keep them pressed untill the stop, cue and play buttons on both sides of the controller light up.
Now let them go and a firmware update screen will appear, follow the onscreen instructions.
Let us know if that made any difference.
Does this only happen at the startup of Virtual Dj Pro, if would move the knobs do they go back to there original positions?

Good afternoon friend. used the program you said, compared with the values of the buttons that are normal, I realized that the values are incorrect .. Now I ask: how do I adjust them? to leave normal?
Hi
There are 2 different procedure for updating the firmware.
1: Unlpugging the controller, hold the Mic button pressed and plug the USB cable back in, dont let go of the Mic button untill the firmware updater screen appears, follow the onscreen instructions.
2: As mentioned befire, Hold the load on left deck and load on right deck buttons and plug the USB cable back in your controller, keep them pressed untill the stop, cue and play buttons on both sides of the controller light up.
Try the procedure with the mic button first before you do the other one.
If this does still not make any difference you might want to contact Hercules Tech support as there might be a hardware issue with the controller itself.
