hi, i have the following problem since last weekend:

Was the problem present before your dismantled the console ?
Jitter, in the best cases, can be cause by dirty contact in the fader. Some contact cleaner could take care of that.
In the worst case, it could be a hardware defect with the fader itself, or it caused by electrostatic shock to certain components. In these cases, nothing can be done.

the problem was before.
I've also thought that were dirt inside but there was just a little bit dust that i made off.
I'll test it with the contact cleaner
